Terms of Service

Effective date: August 31, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to Shorts Engine ("the tool"), a service operated by studioauraweb ("we", "our") — a personal automation tool run by a single individual developer. These Terms govern the developer's own use and operation of the tool.

1. Nature of the service

Shorts Engine is a private, single-operator tool that uploads short-form video content to YouTube channels owned by the developer, using the YouTube Data API. It is not offered, licensed, or made available as a public service, and it does not accept other users or accounts.

2. Account access

The tool accesses only the developer's own Google account, authorized through Google's standard OAuth 2.0 consent flow. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page.

3. Acceptable use

The tool is intended solely to upload video content, along with its title, description, tags, thumbnail, and scheduled publish time, to the developer's own YouTube channels. It must not be used to upload content that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

4. No warranty

The tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use of the tool is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, this tool.

6. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
